Reliable HVAC Service

They installed a new HVAC system for a great price in 2020. It ran perfect until Labor Day afternoon, when it was 96 F and the outdoor unit started buzzing, just a few months out of the manufacturers original 5 year warranty. I shut it down, called their office and left message. Turned on all the box fans and ceiling fans so we could sleep at night and then crossed my fingers knowing that right after holiday weekend most AC firms would be overwhelmed with work. They called me first thing Tuesday, and amazingly were able to send out a tech out Wednesday afternoon. Problem was a worn out capacitor. They had the air back on within an hour and it is still running great. Their bill for the service call, install and parts were less than I have been charged at my previous home by a different AC company Does not get better than that.

Quality AC Replacement

They did a complete remove/replacement of my 25 year old central AC. All I had to do was cleanout the garage so they could get to the indoor unit. Had it operational the same day, came back on day two to check for leaks and finish seal ductwork to new unit. Good price, quality install

Freshaire Whole House Air Purifier

We recently had the Freshaire Whole House Air Purifier installed at our condo. We are very satisfied with not only the performance of the purifier but with the service and installation. We have had ‘bad’ air in our home for quite a while and this purifier has definitely made a huge difference in the quality of the air. We purchased a seasonal Condo with an A/C unit that was 15+ years old. They came out twice after hours. The cost of repairs were very reasonable. All of the staff (office, technicians, and owner) were very pleasant and professional.  We did purchase a new A/C unit and we purchased it from Ocean Air.  They didn't pressure us at all.
